Premium Park Hotel

There is construction site next door which is just 5m from the rooms windows. There was work going on through out the night and the hotel management says that nothing can be done. Please do not book your rooms here until the constructions are over or you might end up with sleepless night. The construction work happened from 11.30 PM till around 4.30 AM.

Ideal location for tourist who are interested in sightseeing by walk. Our visit was during winter and there is no air-conditioners only heater system in the hotel and it is difficult for guest coming from Middle East to sleep without air-conditioning. We had to keep the balcony door open and sleep to get some cool breeze in the room and invite the mosquitoes to sleep with us. Language is a barrier for fluent and smooth conversation during the stay and would really help tourist if the Roof Top restaurant labels the dishes served for breakfast. Food served is of good quality and very reasonably priced.

Location is good. Rooms are not bad but in one of the rooms we stayed there was very bad smell in the room as well as in the bathroom. Also the room didn’t have air conditioning working. We had to keep the balcony door open to get the room cooled. Another negative point about that room was that it didn’t have smaller pillows (only big pillows). After two days of stay, we went to Gabala and when we returned to the same hotel we requested them to allot a different room because of the bad previous experience. The room they allotted was better than the previous one. It had two sets of pillows and a table & a chair (this was missing in our previous room) As regards the buffet, there are very limited options for vegetarian person. Although the staff is cooperative, there’s language problem. If you try to tell them something they may not understand it. Funny thing about the lift / elevator is that although there are two of them, the one on the right only goes upto 7th floor ( the restaurant / buffet is on 8th floor)

Rooms are clean , staff are amazing and helpful specially Mr.Nijat the night shift man who I deal with he was very professional , very respectful and helpful with me from the beginning until I left the hotel and whenever I need something he never hesitate to help , the breakfast was good and the location also is good away from the crowded location and near of Nizami street just 7 minutes by car , for sure I will recommend this hotel for every on ,thanks to all stuff for the professionalism and again special thanks to Mr.Nijat 🙏🏻

First of all I can say, the location of the hotel is so good. It’s so near everywhere and you can reach the center by walk easily. Also for every my request they responded attentively, helped me with some little things. I was there in the end of march and it was cold outside but room was so warm even I was asking to switch ac on until I simply discovered the balcony door behind the curtains :D The room is so cozy and minimalistic, it was very needed for comfortable sleep. They also allowed me to stay in my specific time coz I had a layover in Baku between my flights so I stayed from early morning till early night. It took for me around 16 min to the airport at night. Very convenient, would stay again. Thanks for having me as a guest.
